About Me
27 Years Experience
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of The Restoration Station based in Brandon, FL, and for the past 27 years I’ve been helping people feel better in their bodies through thoughtful, therapeutic massage.
How I Work
I specialize in working with chronic pain, stress-related tension, complicated muscle patterns, and clients with layered medical histories. My approach is integrative and detail-oriented because I believe everything in the body is connected. Pain and tension are rarely just about one muscle or one spot — stress, posture, injuries, movement patterns, nervous system overload, and everyday life all play a role.
One of the most important things I bring to my work is that I genuinely listen to my clients. I want to know how you’re feeling, what’s been going on in your body, what’s helping, what’s not, and what your goals are for your session. I believe people feel better when they feel heard, and that effective bodywork starts with trust, communication, and collaboration.
My sessions blend therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, gentle stretching, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation-focused massage to help relieve pain, stiffness, restricted range of motion, and stress. Every session is customized to what you need that day — whether that’s detailed therapeutic work, nervous system support, deep relaxation, or a combination of all three.
I’m also deeply passionate about the benefits of massage for mental health and emotional well-being. Stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, overwhelm, and chronic pain all affect the nervous system, and I believe massage can be a powerful tool for helping people feel calmer, more grounded, more rested, and more connected to themselves again. Sometimes people come in needing pain relief, and what they didn’t realize they also needed was the chance to exhale for the first time in weeks.
I also believe therapeutic massage does not have to be painful to be effective. There’s a common idea that deeper pressure or discomfort automatically means better results, but that’s not how I work. I focus on intentional, responsive bodywork that works with your body instead of against it. You can receive focused therapeutic treatment while still feeling relaxed, safe, and cared for throughout the session.
The Environment
At The Restoration Station, I’ve created an environment that feels peaceful, cozy, and supportive, with ambient lighting, soft linens, tranquil music, and complimentary touches like hot stones, hot towels, aromatherapy, and optional guided breathwork or imagery to help you fully settle in. I believe the environment matters because healing happens more easily when the nervous system feels safe enough to relax.
Who I Work With
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people in every season of life — from overwhelmed caregivers and burned-out professionals to athletes, students, expectant mothers, seniors, and clients navigating chronic pain, anxiety, grief, or major life transitions. No matter what brings you in, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely supported. Whether you need focused therapeutic work, stress relief, or simply time to slow down and reconnect with yourself, I want you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease in your body.
